The Egg flip- The Tastiest Protein Source you probably never knew existed.
Diet is a huge part of being fit and healthy and is always the decisive factor between prominent or negligible gains. Working out is the easiest step of being fit. The real challenge is the diet and calorie consumption. Many people fail to monitor the amount of protein intake and as a result do not see any change in their body even after months of working out. I’ll put it in a simpler way-
You work out and cause micro-tears in your muscle.
You feed your body with enough protein and nutrients throughout the day to make up for its loss.
The protein in your diet helps with muscle repair.
You repeat this for a few months and see visible results
Now you must have realized that working out only takes an hour of your day, but the diet is to be taken care of for the entire day. Hence, it is really important for you to monitor your protein intake.
Having enough protein in a day is more easy said than done. Our body needs 1gm of protein per kilogram of bodyweight. That’s a lot! Now there are a lot of protein supplements in the market but, won’t recommend any of those. If you ask me, I‘d always prefer having a protein rich diet than having a protein shake.
So here’s an easy way to add a considerable amount of protein in your diet without a lot of effort.
The EGGFLIP- A very rich protein source as well as pleasing to the tongue.
Including a rich protein source in your daily diet especially when you are working out is a bit tricky. Majority of the people normal diet doesn’t include a good protein source. And protein sources that are available are usually not very pleasing to the tongue. The egg flip on the other hand, is a very rich protein source as well as tastes heavenly.
The eggflip can also be called an easier version of the eggnog. The eggnog is a more traditional drink and has a couple more ingredients to it. The eggflip has almost the same nutritional value as that of the eggnog but with minimal ingredients. So it won’t be wrong to call the eggflip an easier and cost effective version of the eggnog.
